Rates and Check-in Reception (CSA): Clear information (borders included)

How is the cost of a crèche spot in Luxembourg calculated?

The price of a crèche seat depends on many factors, including:

  • The number of hours per week
  • The number of meals (with us lunches and snacks are prepared on site and billed separately at the rate of €2/day for 3 meals/day. They are subsidized separately by the CSA)
  • And above all, your income and the composition of your household

Thanks to System of the reception service voucher (CSA) set up by the Luxembourg State, the majority of families benefit from significant financial assistance, which considerably reduces their remaining charge.

The hourly rate of the Crèche Coccinelle (before CSA)

La Crèche Crèche Coccinelle applies a single hourly rate and all inclusive, including:
  • The child's personalized welcome
  • Diapers and care products
  • Outings and educational activities

This rate varies according to the nature of the contract chosen (= the number of hours per month you want). This is why we do not communicate prices by phone or online, in order to be able to explain to you clearly how during your visit.

Note: from the second child registered, a 20% discount automatically applies to the elder's invoice.

The reception service voucher (CSA): how does it work?

The CSA is a public aid that allows all families residing in Luxembourg to benefit from rates adapted to their resources.
In practice:
  • You receive a nominative CSA card from your municipality
  • The crèche automatically deducts the amount supported
  • You only pay the difference (remains charge)

Families can consult their rights over Guichet.lu – CSA, or estimate their price using the official CSA simulator.
